She started by making paper coiled items, finding joy in the creative process, but her path took a significant turn in 2020 when she received handloom training from RLCC, opening the door to crafting beautiful handloom products. Working at Panchi Crafts by RLCC has brought Faiza immense passion and fulfillment, and even when illness keeps her away, she feels a strong desire to return. Her time at RLCC has not only sharpened her skills but has also transformed her confidence, helping her believe in herself and her abilities. Today, Faiza is able to support both herself and her family, and as she prepares for her upcoming marriage, she takes pride in the financial independence her work has provided. Her story is one of empowerment, transformation, and the profound impact RLCC has had on her life.
